  • Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bkash/Nagad only.

📦 Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • If the product is defective/wrong, we will cover the shipping costs.
