1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
📌 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.
❌ Customized or personalized products.
2. How to Request a Return
If you meet the above criteria, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
📦 For showroom purchases: Please bring the item along with the receipt to our Aziz Super Market, Shahbag, Dhaka showroom.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
✅ The item is out of stock after your order.
✅ The returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.
✅ The refund request is approved after quality inspection.
🔹 Refund Processing Time:
- Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bkash/Nagad only.
📌 Non-Refundable Situations:
❌ If the product does not meet our return criteria.
❌ If the issue is due to customer misuse or mishandling.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and mention your preference. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
📦 Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- If the product is defective/wrong, we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the shipping charges.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or Call. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
